The Hybrid Training Lab — Refund Policy

Digital Products (PDF Downloads, E-Books)

Because our digital products are delivered immediately after payment (as a downloadable file or via access to the members portal), refunds are not possible after delivery. By completing the purchase, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the digital product has been made available.

This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code.

Online Training Programmes (12-Week, Elite)

Access to the online members portal is granted directly after payment. Due to the immediate access to the full programme content, refunds are not possible after access has been activated.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund in the following cases:

• The product is technically not downloadable or accessible and this cannot be resolved within 72 hours of your report.
• A duplicate payment has occurred (you receive the duplicate amount back).
