Article 1 — Company Identity

Article 2 — Applicability
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers made by The Hybrid Training Lab and to every distance contract concluded between The Hybrid Training Lab and the consumer.
2.2 Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer.
Article 3 — The Offer
3.1 Every offer contains sufficient information so that the consumer clearly understands the rights and obligations attached to accepting the offer.
3.2 Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind The Hybrid Training Lab.
Article 4 — The Agreement
4.1 The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the associated conditions.
4.2 The consumer will receive a confirmation by email after the conclusion of the agreement.
Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal — Digital Content
5.1 For the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as e-books, PDF downloads, online training portals and digital training programmes), the consumer has no right of withdrawal, provided that:
- The Hybrid Training Lab has expressly stated before the purchase that the right of withdrawal is excluded;
- The consumer has expressly agreed to this (by ticking the checkbox at checkout).
5.2 By completing the purchase, the consumer confirms having read and agreed to the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for digital products made available immediately after payment.
Article 6 — Price
6.1 During the validity period stated in the offer, prices will not be increased, except for price changes due to changes in VAT rates.
6.2 All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Article 7 — Payment
7.1 Payment is made via the available payment methods on the website (iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact).
7.2 The consumer has an obligation to immediately report inaccuracies in provided or stated payment details to The Hybrid Training Lab.
Article 8 — Delivery
8.1 Digital products (PDF downloads, e-books) are made available immediately after payment via a download link by email or via the customer account on the website.
8.2 Online training programmes (12-Week, Elite) are delivered via a secured members portal. Access is granted immediately after payment via login credentials sent by email.
Article 9 — Liability
9.1 The Hybrid Training Lab is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect execution of training instructions, injuries sustained during workouts, or medical conditions not previously consulted with a physician.
9.2 The limitations of liability in this article do not apply if the damage is attributable to intent or gross negligence of The Hybrid Training Lab.
Article 10 — Complaints
10.1 Complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. We aim to respond to complaints within 14 business days.
Article 11 — Governing Law
11.1 Agreements between The Hybrid Training Lab and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
